SAMO ONDOH offers a hassle-free return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on your region and the reason for the return.
Submit a Request
Log in to your account or visit our Support page to submit a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Await Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the RMA form, and ship the package using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
